What we collect

When you visit, your browser automatically shares technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and screen details, the pages you visit, and how you move through the site. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity collect and report this for us.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

How we use it

We use this data to understand site usage, improve content, respond to enquiries, maintain security, and troubleshoot issues. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site and, for responding to your enquiries, steps taken toward a contract.

Cookies

Clarity also stores a session token (_cltk) in your browser's session storage rather than as a cookie. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Who else sees it

The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Google and Microsoft may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions under their own terms and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions. We do not sell your personal data. See Google and Microsoft.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship. Analytics data is retained on Google's and Microsoft's terms, typically between 2 and 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data, and you can object to our processing of it. If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
